Jefferson is one of those sleepy Wisconsin cities. The biggest news of the summer is discussing which band has signed on to play at the Jefferson County Fair. It’s not really a place where you anticipate a murder for hire plot to unfold.

Richard Marc Evonitz kidnapped, raped, and killed three young girls in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. He blended well into society and preyed on girls in plain sight, but was not immediately suspected. He moved to South Carolina and met his match when abducted a 15-year-old girl. This is part 2 of a 2 part case.
